• Harassment, cheating, or unsportsmanlike conduct will result in
disqualification.
4. Assumption of Risk
• By participating, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated
with fitness competitions, including injury or harm.
• Battleground Events is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses
sustained during the event.
5. Event Changes and Cancellations
• Battleground Events reserves the right to change event details, such
as date, location, or format, due to unforeseen circumstances.
• In case of cancellation, refunds or credits will be issued at our
discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
• All content, including logos, designs, and media, is the property of
Battleground Events and may not be used without permission.
• Photos and videos taken during events may be used for promotional
purposes.
